What to do if you become infected

There are always choices in life. With the apocalypse impending, you need to weigh out those options if you start to become like one of THEM. First, let's see how you can become a zombie.

How do you become one?
-You come into contact with the direct cause or virus.
-An infected person gives gives it to you through causes like any regular flu.
- A zombie can bite or claw you to spread the disease.
- Eat anything infected like zombie flesh.

If this unfortunate event ever happens, their are stages of how you begin to act.
-Lots of pain and discomfort like headaches and lots of coughing
-You will start to go into a coma and have a deadly fever
-Lots of rage and no control over emotions (mood swings)
- Craving for human flesh and BRAINS
- Difficulty moving and walking

Sounds like the worst right? Well there are a few things that you can do:
- Make your way to the hospital and get immediate attention. Who knows, they might have a cure already!
- Find the most painless way to kill yourself right away. If you don't want to become a walking dead corpse, this is a great option!
- Embrace this disease and infect the world! Sharing is caring!

Personally, I would rush to the hospital and if they can't do anything, I'd kill myself to save the world with one less zombie. Who wants to look like this?

Collaboration With Ryan

This Sunday, Ryan Jannak-Huang and I collaborated together by playing some Black Ops 2 Zombies. He is doing video game research and I am researching zombies. He will be posting the link to the video we filmed of our gameplay later.

Another Survival Guide Video

I looked up a related video to the other one I posted, and this posed 10 tips for surviving the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37baH6Ugn7w
10. Get a gun and aim for the head.
9. Bring a spare pair of underwear.
8. Team up.
7. wear a face mask.
6. Get canned foods and water.
5. Get a gym membership.
4. secure your location.
3. bring a board game.
2. carry a melee weapon.
1. Blend in.

I feel that tips 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2 are the most valuable.

10: This should be much higher in the list because it is one of the only ways that you can kill the zombies.
9:Bringing a spare pair of underwear is more or less a joke.
8: Teaming up is a great idea if you go with people that you can trust. As emphasized in the video, if you can't trust them, you can always make them become bait for you to escape.
7: This is just a health thing just in case the epidemic is airborne you don't want to be inhaling that stuff.
6. You need to eat in order to survive, and canned foods is the only thing that will last really long. Water is self explanatory.
5: You need to be fit to fight and outrun the zombies.
4: Getting a base and boarding up windows like Call Of Duty will definitely save you lots of time.
3.Bringing a board game is also fun, but it's probably not the best for surviving the zombie apocalypse.
2: Running out of ammo in your gun will get you screwed, so having a backup weapon like a crowbar will keep you safe.
1.Blending in will get you mauled because the zombies can smell living flesh.

Check out the video for their version of these tips! It is a fairly well thought out list of tips.

Informational Zombie Video

I found this nicely made zombie survival guide video on Youtube. It is called The Extreme Zombie Apocalypse Guide. Check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sz7GDzr0TFo.

This video accurately describes how a zombie works with its disturbed symptoms, along with several tips on surviving. In my opinion, a majority of the tips were kind of useless like throwing your phone at zombies to distract them or acting like one of them because they can smell your flesh. Some of the greater tips involved that you can outrun the zombies and the fact that they can't feel pain.

To elaborate on that, don't try and beat them to death, because they won't get hurt. You should aim for the head with a heavy object and dislodge it because that's what's keeping them "alive".

All in all the video is very descriptive and easy to follow so you should go check it out.
